By downloading, installing, or using the Vibe Wallpaper app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vibe Wallpaper provides wallpapers and related content. You may browse categories, unlock wallpapers using Vibe Points (earned by watching ads or through other in-app means), or subscribe for full access. Features may change over time.
You may use the App as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
Paid subscriptions (e.g. weekly free trial, then recurring) are processed by Apple. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s rules and your App Store account settings. You may cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Vibe Points are in-app rewards used to unlock wallpapers. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. We may change how Vibe Points are earned or used with reasonable notice where required by law.
You may not use the App to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to circumvent access controls, ads, or subscription logic. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.
All wallpaper content is produced by us. We own the distribution and licensing rights to this content. The App’s design and code are also owned by us or our licensors.
You may use wallpapers only as permitted in the App (personal, non-commercial use). You do not have the right to distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise grant others access to the wallpaper content. Any use outside the App’s intended use is prohibited.

The App and content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as allowed under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by email where appropriate.
