Content ownership

All wallpaper images and related content in Vibe Wallpaper (the app and this website) are produced by us. We hold all distribution and licensing rights to this content. Users are permitted only to use the content as set out in our Terms of Use (e.g. personal use within the app). Users do not acquire any distribution, sale, or sublicensing rights to the wallpaper content.

We do not knowingly publish material that infringes third-party copyright or other intellectual property rights.

DMCA – Reporting infringement

If you believe that content on Vibe Wallpaper infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (e.g. URL or description of the wallpaper).
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will process valid notices in accordance with applicable law and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes: (1) identification of the material that was removed; (2) your contact information; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; (4) consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if in the USA); (5) your physical or electronic signature. Send counter-notices to the same email above (subject: DMCA Counter-Notice).

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
