All wallpaper images and related content in Vibe Wallpaper (the app and this website) are produced by us. We hold all distribution and licensing rights to this content. Users are permitted only to use the content as set out in our Terms of Use (e.g. personal use within the app). Users do not acquire any distribution, sale, or sublicensing rights to the wallpaper content.

We do not knowingly publish material that infringes third-party copyright or other intellectual property rights.

DMCA – Reporting infringement

Counter-notice

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
